  1. The product is damaged physically or broken.
  2. The product is incomplete i.e., missing parts or not delivered as described on the website.
  3. The product is “No longer needed”,
  4. You have changed your mind.
  5. It does not fit you or you no longer want it.


Returns Policy 

  1. If your purchased item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
  2. The product must include the original warranty card, tags, user manual and freebies. If the product is in inadequate condition, our company reserves the right to send it back.  
  3. The product must be returned in original packaging in the same condition.
