- The product is damaged physically or broken.
- The product is incomplete i.e., missing parts or not delivered as described on the website.
- The product is “No longer needed”,
- You have changed your mind.
- It does not fit you or you no longer want it.
- If your purchased item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.
- The product must include the original warranty card, tags, user manual and freebies. If the product is in inadequate condition, our company reserves the right to send it back.
- The product must be returned in original packaging in the same condition.
